Registered dietitian with over 25 years of experience, founder of The Better Nutrition Program, and one of the most recognized voices in personalized nutrition.

We are thrilled to welcome Ashley Koff, RD to Onix.
Ashley Koff, RD is one of the most recognized voices in personalized nutrition.
Ashley is a registered dietitian with over 25 years of experience, founder of The Better Nutrition Program, and Nutrition Director at UC Irvine’s Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute. She is also the best-selling author of Your Best Shot: The Personalized System for Optimal Weight Health—GLP-1 Shot or Not, which debuted on the USA Today Best Seller list at #1 in Medical and #3 in Health & Fitness in its first week following release.
Ashley is a sought-after media expert who has appeared on Good Morning America, Today, The Doctors, and The Dr. Oz Show, among others. She is the author of multiple books and has helped launch iconic wellness brands including Manitoba Harvest hemp seeds, Align probiotics, and SmartyPants supplements. She has been named one of CNN’s Top 100 Health Makers and InStyle’s Hollywood Nutritionist.
Prior to her career in nutrition, Ashley worked in advertising, where she led brand campaigns for products including Smart Start cereal. That background gives her a rare, dual-lens perspective, she understands both the science behind nutrition and how to communicate it in ways that drive real, lasting behavior change.
I’ve spent 25 years doing personalized nutrition one person at a time. Onix lets me scale that without losing what makes it work: context, nuance, and meeting people where they are.
